Custom Lens Orders: If you’ve added prescription or custom lenses to your order, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and delivery while we prepare your lenses with precision.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and returned with their original packaging. Frames or lenses showing wear or damage can’t be returned or exchanged.
