Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your BondiClip. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your BondiClip frames and lenses must be in brand new, unworn condition with the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prescription and custom lens orders are made to order; once the lenses are manufactured, these orders cannot be cancelled. However, if there is an issue with your prescription lens (due to a manufacturing error), please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
How to start a return:
• Email our support team at support@bondiclip.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
• We will provide a return authorization and instructions. We may also arrange a return shipping label for Australian customers.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within
5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
Please note we cannot accept returns for custom made lenses or final sale items. For hygiene reasons, used glasses cannot be returned.

What is your return & exchange window?
We accept returns or exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of delivery (for non‑prescription frames or clip‑ons). For orders with prescription lenses, please allow up to 35 days, since these require custom work.
What condition must returned items be in?
All returned products must be in their original condition: unused, with no scratches on lenses, with all tags, original packaging & accessories included. We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged, worn or altered.
Can I return or exchange prescription or custom lenses?
Because they are made to your prescription, custom lenses cannot be returned for change of mind. However, if you receive a prescription lens that is incorrect, mis‑made, or defective, we will correct or refund it at no cost. Please contact us with your prescription details and photos of the issue.
Who pays the return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, e.g. faulty item, wrong product, mis‑manufacture - we cover return shipping. For change of mind returns, the customer pays shipping costs.
