Can I add my prescription?
Yes! Bondi Clip offers the option to add your prescription so your glasses arrive ready to wear straight out of the box. Simply upload your script at checkout or email it to us after purchasing.
We offer a range of lens options, including:
– Standard clear lenses
– Blue light filtering lenses (ideal for screen time)
– Photochromic transition lenses (darken in sunlight)
– High-index lenses (for stronger prescriptions with thinner profile)

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours. If you’ve added prescription lenses, please allow 1–4 business days for lens fitting and production before dispatch.
Standard delivery times are typically 5–10 business days from the time you place your order to when your glasses arrive at your door.
What if the glasses don’t fit or I change my mind?
No problem at all. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days and free exchanges if the fit isn’t quite right. Your satisfaction is our priority, we want you to love your frames.
To be eligible, glasses must be in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging.
