Shipping policy

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most standard orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after purchase.

For orders that include prescription lenses, additional time is required for production and fitting. Please allow 1–4 business days for these lenses to be carefully manufactured and prepared before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery usually occurs within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
International delivery times vary based on destination and local postal services. Please allow approximately 7–21 business days for international orders to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, customs processing, or courier delays.
