Shipping policy
We want receiving your BondiClip order to be simple, reliable and hassle free. Every order includes tracked shipping, with all applicable taxes and duties covered by us.
Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours.
Orders containing custom prescription lenses require a little extra time, as your lenses are individually prepared to your prescription. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.
Orders are dispatched directly from our international fulfilment centre in Hong Kong.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order from dispatch through to delivery.
Taxes & Duties
No surprise charges on delivery.
All applicable taxes and import duties are covered by BondiClip, so you won’t be asked to pay additional customs or import fees when your order arrives.
Prescription Orders
Custom prescription lenses are made specifically for your order and generally require an additional 1 to 2 business days to prepare.
Once completed, your glasses are dispatched using the same tracked shipping service as our standard orders.
Tracking Your Order
Every BondiClip order includes tracking.
As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, we’ll email your tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, public holidays or unexpected carrier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
