Refund policy

We want you to love your BondiClip. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, BondiClip frames and lenses must be brand new, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prescription and custom lens orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. However, if there is a manufacturing error with your prescription lenses, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to start a return:

  • Email our support team at support@bondiclip.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • Our team will provide return authorization and instructions. For Australian customers, we may also arrange a return shipping label.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

Please note that custom-made lenses, final sale items, and used glasses cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.
